Withdrawal from order
Order withdrawal (14 days)
You may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery, as provided by law.
Fill out the form to initiate your withdrawal request. After submitting, you will receive a confirmation by email.
Returns and exchanges
If you wish to make a return or request an exchange outside the statutory withdrawal period, you may contact our customer service team for assistance.
The products must be returned:
· intact and unused, complete with original packaging and accessories, properly packaged for shipping;
· product exchange requests are subject to warehouse availability;
· return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise specified.
Refunds
Once the withdrawal request or returned products have been received and verified, the refund will be processed within 14 days.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
The refund may be withheld until the goods are received or until the customer provides proof of shipment of the return.
